Terms of Service

These terms govern access to TimeQRS, a Togno Labs service for event check-in, attendance, service delivery, reports and certificates.
The service
TimeQRS provides web tools for configuring events, importing participants, issuing QR passes, operating kiosks, recording activity and producing event records. Features depend on the selected plan.
Accounts and access
Users must provide accurate account information, protect passwords and private links, assign only the access each team member needs, and notify Togno Labs of suspected unauthorized use.
Participant information
The organization confirms that it has authority and an appropriate legal basis to upload and use participant information. It is responsible for giving participants or guardians any notices and obtaining any permissions its jurisdiction requires, especially when minors take part.
Plans and limits
The Free plan supports events with up to 75 registered participants and displays Togno Labs attribution. Pro limits and features are shown in the service and activated by Togno Labs. Online payment and automatic invoicing are not part of the service.
QR codes and event links
Organizations control distribution of participant passes, kiosk links, invitations and public event pages. A private token should be treated like a credential and revoked or regenerated if it is shared with the wrong person.
Acceptable use
Users may not attempt to access another organization, upload unlawful or malicious material, interfere with the service, misrepresent attendance or service delivery, or use TimeQRS to violate another person's rights.
Availability and event preparation
Organizations must rehearse their configuration, keep an operational fallback and verify reports before relying on them. Togno Labs works to keep the service available but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation or a specific event outcome.
Closing accounts and events
Organizations may close or delete events from the service. Togno Labs may restrict access needed to address abuse, security risk, non-payment for an agreed Pro service or a legal obligation.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Panama, except where mandatory law in the user's jurisdiction applies.
Changes
When these terms or the Privacy Notice change materially, TimeQRS records the new version and asks account holders to accept it before continuing.
