Privacy Notice
Effective 2026-09-20
This notice explains how TimeQRS handles the information needed to run event registration, attendance, service delivery and certificates.
Who operates TimeQRS
TimeQRS is operated by Togno Labs S.A. The organization that creates an event decides which participant information is uploaded and how the event uses it.
Roles and responsibility
For participant data, the event organization is normally the data controller and Togno Labs processes the information to provide TimeQRS. Togno Labs is responsible for account, support, security and service-administration data under its control.
Information processed
TimeQRS stores account and organization details; organizer contacts; participant names, roles and optional contact details; attendance sessions; delivered services; certificate records; configuration acceptances; audit records; and logos or event images uploaded by an organization.
Why the information is used
The information is used to authenticate users, configure and operate events, validate QR passes, record attendance and service delivery, produce reports and certificates, prevent abuse, support users and maintain an auditable service.
Passes and public links
Participant passes, kiosks, invitations, password resets and certificate verification use unguessable links. Anyone who receives one may be able to open the corresponding page, so organizations and participants must keep private links confidential. Public event pages contain only information the organization chooses to publish.
Cookies
TimeQRS uses essential cookies for sessions, request protection and language preference. It does not include third-party advertising or analytics cookies.
Hosting and service providers
Information is stored on infrastructure used to operate TimeQRS and may be handled by technical providers acting for Togno Labs. Information is not sold. It may be disclosed when required by law or needed to protect the service and its users.
Retention
Participant data is scheduled for deletion 30 days after a Free event ends and 365 days after a Pro event ends. Issued certificate records remain so a certificate can be verified or shown as revoked. Backups rotate separately and are retained only for recovery.
Security
TimeQRS uses encrypted transport, restricted access, isolated organization data, hashed passwords and tokens, request protection, audit records and backups. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Access, correction and deletion
Account holders can correct event and participant records or delete an event. Participants should normally contact the organization running the event. Anyone may contact Togno Labs to request access, correction, deletion or information about data under its control.
